There is more to the Precious People® than meets the eye...

Weiderman Steiner Syndrome (WSS) is a rare genetic disorder impacting an increasing number of children and adults globally.

Discussion surrounding this condition is infrequent, and awareness remains limited due to its recent formal recognition.

Our ambition is that Precious People® will enable us to effect positive change and provide support to all individuals affected, including the daughter of the founder, Kate Rodgers, who received a WSS diagnosis several years ago.

We cannot do this without your support, and are thankful beyond words to everyone for every purchase.

Tracking an order

All our orders are dispatched through Royal mail and can be tracked. We will provide you with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. You will receive this in an email which confirms your order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If you think your order is missing, please contact us at info@thepreciouspeople.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this.

Please check your order as soon as possible. If you are not happy with your order or if it isn’t as expected, contact us at the above email stating your order number, and one of our team will be in touch.
